Old Shanghai by Bicycle

When you are not a tourist you miss some things in your city. That's what I felt last Sunday. During one of my bicycle riding tours, I've just found out there is a Confucious Temple quite close to my house. But it's not the Temple itself (I will show you in any other ocasion because I arrived at a Spanish time and it was closed because it was almost Chinese time for dinner). It's the essence of the surroundings, probably like many other streets in Old Shanghai. They are not big avenues. It's a continous lively flea market where you can find from a great variety of umbrellas to the most amazing huge teddy bear who has just got friend with Doraemon and Hello Kitty. People just take the table outside, out to the street, to have dinner with their family, becuase weather is nice and it is Sunday (I guess they do not care about whether it is Sunday or not).

Mamá! Non me enganaron.
